Keynote

The Keynote for this years Conference will be Nelson Gill, a multiple award winning recording artist with strong Caribbean roots. He was was born in Belize and raised in Central America and will have you dancing until you drop while at the same time introducing concepts such as: language arts, math, friendship and universal harmony. His music is a reflection of all the beauty that is the Caribbean.

Nelson has released five albums on the Etcetera Records label, and with each album, his audience grows. They are infectious rhythms that promote themes of perseverance in the face of adversity and living together with others in harmony.  They address the infinite and perpetual theme of love.

Nelson Gill holds an A.A. degree in Music, B.A. in Spanish Literature and M. Ed in Early Childhood Education. Nelson's songwriting and performances are just an extension of his classroom curriculum.
